It is suitable for digital printing on cellulose fiber fabrics such as cotton, linen and viscose.It can be used on padding printing machines and online printing machines.

Reactive printing thickener	1%-5%（According to the customer's requirements）
Soda	2-3%
Urea	8-20%
Resist Salt	0.5-1.2%
Water	X
Total	100%

 

 

Application：

1. Mix the paste with soft water and stir at low speed until it is uniform and free of particles.

2. Add urea, anti-dyeing salt and dye in sequence and stir thoroughly to dissolve.

3. Finally, add the alkali agent to avoid premature reaction with the dye.

It is recommended to use it in combination with sodium alginate (1:1) for better results.
