Packaging: During transportation, p-tert-butylphenol should be placed in sealed containers, such as aluminum foil bags or plastic drums. These containers should have good physical and chemical stability, withstand vibration and impact during transportation, and not react with p-tert-butylphenol.

Transport Temperature: The transportation temperature should also be maintained at room temperature and should not exceed 30°C. High temperatures can cause p-tert-butylphenol to decompose, reducing its activity and efficacy. Therefore, necessary insulation or cooling measures should be taken during transportation, such as using refrigerated trucks or insulated boxes.

Transport Vehicles: Dry, odorless transport vehicles should be used, such as food-grade plastic bags or stainless steel drums. Moisture and direct sunlight should be avoided during transportation to ensure the quality and safety of p-tert-butylphenol. Furthermore, transport vehicles should be cleaned and disinfected regularly to avoid cross-contamination.
